1.8 kg red cabbage – finely shredded
4 tbspn oil 5 large red onions finely sliced 6 apples peeled, cored and sliced 1.5 tspn cinnamon |
3 tspn caraway seed
8 tbspn white wine 8 tbspn water Salt & black pepper |
Heat oil in ramoska add onions and cook till soft
Add apples, cinnamon and caraway and cook for 0 mins
Add cabbage, wine and water cook for 1-1.5 hrs with foil on top to prevent burning
Add salt and pepper to taste
