150 g sunflower seeds partially ground
100 g golden linseed milled 65 g hazelnuts partially ground 150 g oat flour gf 2 tbsp chia seeds ½ tsp baking powder |
30 g psyllium seed
10 g ground salt 35 g olive oil/coconut/sunflower 350 ml water warm Salt and pepper |
Pre-heat oven to 180c
Thoroughly mix dry ingredients using mixer
Mix wet ingredients to an emulsion and place into dry bowl and mix well
Pack the mixture into the bowl and turn out onto lined baking sheet
Bake for 70 mins
Place on wire tray to cool
