300 g quinoa soaked overnight
400 ml water 500 ml cashew milk/coconut milk |
½ tspn cinnamon
100 g chopped dates 1 tspn vanilla extract |
Rinse and drain quinoa
Add water and gently simmer until water soaks away – about 20 mins
Add cashew milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract and dates
Simmer for about 15 mins until thick and creamy
