2 cans butter beans drained

50 g fresh coriander finely chopped

3 tbspn parsley finely chopped

Juice 1 lemon

6 tbspn olive oil

3 tbspn tahini

1 tspn ground corriander

2 tspn Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper

 

Place all ingredients into large jug and blend.

Add more oil if necessary for the right consistency.
