4 garlic cloves crushed
6 tbspn olive oil 6 aubergines cubed Juice of 3 lemons |
150 g sesame seeds
150 g fresh coriander 700 g live natural yoghurt Salt & black pepper |
In large frying pan saute garlic in oil for 2 mins and add aubergine.
Add 3 tbspn water and steam fry for about 8 mins until soft
Place in large jug with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
