Life is full of unexpected circumstances. When you book a room at Trossachs Tryst with full payment and you need to cancel, it is important that we are upfront with you of the implications. We hope you find that our offer to you in the event of a cancellation achieves a balance of your needs and ours.

Residential Guests

If you cancel 6 weeks or more before you are due to arrive we will return your money less a £25 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before you are due to arrive and either you or us find someone to take your place we will return your money less a £25 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 6 weeks before you are due to arrive and either you or us do not find someone to take your place there is no refund.

Facilitators

Non-residential Events

If you cancel 12 weeks or more before your event we will return your deposit less a £50 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 12 weeks before your event and either you or us find someone to take your place we will return your deposit less a £50 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 12 weeks before your event and either you or us do not find someone to take your place there is no refund of your deposit.

Residential Events

You can cancel your booking at any point along the approach to your event. We will retain whatever has been paid to date.

If you, or us, can find someone to take on your booking you will receive a full refund less £150 admin fee.
