Panel of Retreat Cooks
We partner with cooks we can recommend who specialise in considerate retreat menus. They pay a rental for use of the kitchen. You contract with them separately.
It is a vegetarian kitchen and so meat/fish is not cooked on the premises. We do not operate a nut free kitchen.
They have sole responsibility for the safe and smooth operation of the kitchen. They have a food hygiene certificate and they will hand it back on a “leave no trace” basis.
Our kitchen does not allow for individual guests cooking.
The panel of cooks welcome discussion and will be happy to quote any bespoke diets that are event specific.
