24 gingernut biscuits crushed
4 bananas sliced 1 punnet strawberries washed & ¼ rd 1 punnet blueberries washed |
3 kiwis halved longwise and sliced
360 g yoghurt 50 g 70% chocolate finely chopped 12 glasses |
Divide the biscuit into the glasses
Then add a layer of banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi
Finally a layer of yoghurt topped with chopped chocolate
Do not assemble too early to prevent the biscuit going soggy
